Items purchased from the Remember Nguyen website cannot be exchanged or returned at any retailer location nor can items purchased from a store be returned to Remember Nguyen. Remember Nguyen is not responsible for shipping fees.
Order Cancellation
If you want to cancel the order, please contact us (info@remembernguyen.com) and provide your order number and state the reason.
- For orders that need to be canceled but have not been shipped, we will offer a full refund.
- You will receive the refund within seven (7) business days. Refunds will be made in the form of original payment. Please note that your banking institution may require additional days to process and post this transaction to your account.
Returns/Exchange Process
We strive for high quality in our garments and accessories, so we will gladly reimburse or exchange any item returned with defect as a result of manufacturer error not as a result of normal wear and tear. Please email us within 30 days from your date of purchase. If there is an error with your order, please email us within 14 days of receiving your order. For all other returns, please follow steps below.
- All returns/exchange items must be returned unworn, undamaged, unwashed, and with all the original labels attached in original packaging. If not, the buyer is responsible for all incurred fees and there will be no refund.
- Returns/Exchange shipping fees are at the customer’s own expense.
- If your package is missing products, or it is damaged, please keep the outer package so we can check the information.
- We do not accept returned items that were sent back directly without notifying us first. After you confirm with our customer service team, they will provide you with a return authorization code, directions, and return address. The return authorization code must be written on the outside of the package. Your packing slip and return authorization form must be placed inside the package.
Step 1: Please email our customer service team at info@remembernguyen.com to get all necessary information to make a return.
Step 2: After receiving your email with the return/exchange request, our customer service team will send the return/exchange instructions back to you via email during our normal business hours Monday - Friday (8 am to 4 pm CST). Please follow the instructions to process the return/exchange.
Step 3: You will receive the refund within seven (7) business days. Refunds will be made in the form of original payment. Please note that your banking institution may require additional days to process and post this transaction to your account.
- Please note: Remember Nguyen does not refund shipping and handling charges on an order.
- Merchandise that is returned as a result of refused delivery or an abandoned package will be subject to a 45% restocking fee and all shipping charges.
- Holiday items are non-returnable after the date of the holiday.
- Final Sale on all clearance items.
- Any merchandise purchased during a sales event is final. No refunds, no exchanges, no exceptions.
Shipping
Order Processing Time: We try to take care with every order no matter big or small. Confirmed orders will be shipped within 2 to 4 business days. WE DO NOT SHIP ON SATURDAYS, SUNDAYS OR HOLIDAYS.
Lost, Damaged, Stolen, Misdelivered Packages: We are not responsible for lost, held, or damaged packages. We are not responsible for mis-delivery errors via carrier, or incorrect shipping info. Shipping is a service you purchase from the shipping carrier along with your order from us, so any shipping issues must be handled by the shipping carrier. We are responsible for your new purchase until it is picked up by the shipping carrier, after that, it is out of our control.
We are not responsible for lost, damaged or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the address entered for an order. Upon inquiry, we will confirm delivery to the provided address, date of delivery, tracking information and shipping carrier information for the customer to investigate. YOU AS THE CUSTOMER ARE RESPONSIBLE TO FILE THE CLAIM WITH SHIPPING CARRIER.
USPS Priority Mail $8.95 2–3-day shipping once order is processed and shipped. WE DO NOT SHIP ON SATURDAYS, SUNDAYS OR HOLIDAYS.
Overnight Shipping $54.90 Orders must be placed by 10:30 a.m. CST or it will be shipped the next business day. WE DO NOT SHIP ON SATURDAYS, SUNDAYS OR HOLIDAYS. Any orders placed Thursday night/Friday will not be delivered until Monday.

DURING SALES EVENTS:
Due to the high volume of orders there will be no phone orders taken during our sales events. Once your order is submitted, you may not add to them or cancel them. No Address Changes, unless parts of address are missing. All Sales final, no exchanges or refunds, no exceptions. Orders may be processed in approximately 7-14 business days. Once your order is processed it will either ship USPS Priority or Overnight Shipping. During our sales events and until all orders are processed, please email us at info@remembernguye.com as email is the only way to contact us. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
